Data and Application Evaluation
Need a data checkup or guidance in the implementation of a new application? Leverage our experience in vetting new applications or improving existing applications and working with third party vendors and/or in-house staff to ensure the application provides data for effective reporting. We can also do a review of the organization's data or particular systems to identify opportunities for data improvement.
Program and Process Assessment
Programs and processes can always be improved for effectiveness and efficiency. We will review any grant processes, reporting process, intake processes, etc. and work with staff and leadership to ensure the programs and processes yield the best results whether that is the best grant applicants, improving the consistency of data, or simply creating a more efficient process through standard operating procedures.
Research
Research may be needed to explore a policy's impact or other phenomenon. Thorough research usually includes data analysis, detailed review of the former and present policy or phenomenon, searching for common behaviors that seem to be driven by the policy or phenomenon, incident reviews, interviews, comparison of organizations with similar policies (where possible), etc. We will work with your organization and provide an in-depth, objective review with detailed findings and recommendations.
Performance Metrics
Identifying the most appropriate performance metrics and effectively communicating them can be challenging. We will help your organization ensure the right measures are in place to guide the organization and how to track and visualize your metrics.
