Garrett Mason has over 15 years of experience helping agencies and organizations improve organizational performance through superior strategy and planning, analysis, survey administration, assessment, and cultivation of improved data. He has worked with and/or for small organizations with 40 staff members as well as organizations more than 4,000 strong and has helped build, manage, improve, provide technical assistance, and/or train on dozens of web forms and applications utilized by thousands of users.
Garrett helps to bridge the gap between developers and third-party vendors and business owners to ensure applications are built to ensure the desired functionality and reporting capabilities. He has extensive experience improving data collection procedures for data already available to an organization resulting in more consistent, accurate data to inform decision-making. Garrett is proficient in the identification and implementation of strategies for new processes, initiatives, and endeavors.
Experienced in creating standard operations procedures (SOPs), Garrett empowers organization by improving organizational approaches to managing and reporting data resulting in improved data quality reported by grant recipients, creating new perspectives around existing organizational data, putting SMART goals in place, and shifting the organization’s approach to data informed decision-making.
Garrett has provided numerous data analyses and reports to provide new organizational insights as well as to inform general strategy and strategic planning efforts. He prides himself on using resources already available to an organization or recommending low-cost alternatives to improve an organization’s strategy for performance, tracking performance, and data processes.

Justin Phillips, MA and White House Champion of Change for Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment is the Founder and Executive Director of Overdose Lifeline, Inc. (ODL). ODL is
a non-profit dedicated to reducing the stigma of substance use disorder and preventing deaths resulting from opioid overdose. She is recognized nationally as an expert in substance use disorder and has been instrumental in legislation making life-saving resources more accessible to those with substance use disorder.
Justin holds a Master’s in Clinical Addition Counseling and a Master’s degree in philanthropic studies and nonprofit management. Justin is also certified in the Grief Recovery Method ® and a featured speaker on the national, regional, and local circuit.
In addition to being a former colleague of Garrett's, Justin and ODL have also been clients on multiple occasions.
Jason LeDuc is a former public library director and retired public library professional who does selective independent library consulting specializing in helping public libraries with project management, process improvement, assessment, and organizational improvement. Jason’s 28-year professional career has consisted of a wide range of experiences and positions in public libraries of various sizes and locations, and other library-related organizations.
Most recently, he served 3 years as the Director and CEO of the Dothan Houston County Library System (AL) serving a population of 105,000 and overseeing all aspects of the operation in a medium-sized public library. He was charged with implementing a modern vision for customer-focused library service in two newly constructed library buildings. He also served as the coordinator and administrator of the state-wide public library eBook platform, CamelliaNet during this period.
Jason also worked for 6 years as a library technology vendor for a Canadian software solutions provider, Counting Opinions (CO). CO’s web-based customizable platform helps public and academic libraries, as well as other library-related organizations of all types, around the world implement a technological solution which is designed to streamline and improve the process of capturing and reporting large sets of quantitative and qualitative library data.
